The above video was shot using a Canon PowerShot G9
I spent part of my day creating this Exposure Adjustment Chart:

The chart is pretty straight forward and I hope the instructions are clear and easy to understand. The PDF is sized to 4″ X 6″ so you can print it out and keep it in your camera bag.
If you wish to post the video and the PDF on your site, Please feel free to do so. The only thing I ask is that you do not alter the video or PDF file in any way.

Wow that is a useful tool, is there a specific size we are suppose to print this out as or can we make it bigger?
@Tesseract – print out whatever size you want. I created it to be 4″ X 6″ so you can keep it in your camera bag.
[...] Je suis tombĂ© par hasard sur le site de Imageguy et surtout sur son “exposure adjustment chart” [...]
Great little chart you made there. I used it (with due credit and links back here) in a blog post explaining shutter, aperture, and ISO.

On a side note, I watched one of your videos on during a BD into a diffusion dish. After watching it I saw you shot it with a G9 which I’m ashamed to say I hadn’t heard of up until that point. A little bit of research and I picked up a G10, amazing little camera and a great sidekick to my 40D. Thanks for randomly leading me down that path
Mate how are you, i have checked out the chart and it seems to be a handy little tool, i have a nikon D700 and im as green as broccoli , but i was wondering if you had a starting reference of were you start your settings, any tips would be much appreciated as you sound like you no what your on about.
thanks mate
